One of the most perfect days of our recent trip to Oregon was spent in Ecola State Park - just north of the town of Cannon Beach on the Oregon Coast. We hiked part of the Tillamook Trail and spent hours exploring the tide pools on Indian Beach during low tide. It was definitely a bit misty and chilly...rain jackets and pants were required, but the weather didn't stop the many surfers taking advantage of the waves (in full wetsuits)!
