Janis, from Pinecone Camp, had the opportunity to visit and photograph Couger Annie's garden in the wild, near Tofino B.C., for an upcoming magazine feature.
Couger Annie's story is pretty fascinating, which is why her garden is such a 'magical' place!

Couger Annie ran a general store and post office from her place...but her main business
was shipping plants from her nursery all over Canada.
Some people I know have hiked the Hesquiat Park Trail and have visited Couger Annie's garden...a highlight of the hike, I'm sure!
