the rose. Interesting fact: Bulgaria produces 85% of the world's rose oil.
I remember touring a perfume factory when I was in the south of France.
We were told that it takes about 1300 rose blossoms to make 1 gram of rose oil...
no wonder perfume is a luxury item!!
This rose festival looks like it would be an amazing experience for the senses.
