Yesterday was our eight year wedding anniversary! We were able to celebrate with a kid-free dinner out -- what a treat. My parents had the kids at their farm for the evening and I couldn't help but take a picture of the gorgeous sunset over the canola field when we went to pick them up. Ari humoured me and posed long enough for me to snap this pic. I am in love with this photo...what a perfect portrait of my son and our big prairie skies.
