It's hard to believe that we're already into June! May seemed to just fly by...here are some highlights from the last month...
The biggest thing that took up our time this month was getting our garden and flowers planted. Ari was a big helper with everything, and Maris had to learn a little bit of patience while Mama was working.
I took Ari to a paint your own pottery place for the first time and he loved painting a puppy for his room.
I ended my '40 bags in 40 days' challenge with a successful garage sale. Ari enjoyed helping his cousin with her freezee stand -- so cute!
Hotter weather made it start to feel like summer, so we have been enjoying the water table, popsicles, bike rides and bare feet!
We also went to check out the new outlet malls in Winnipeg on a rainy day. A candy store made this place kid-approved!
The month ended with another Mama and Maris trip to Vancouver to visit my sister and her family. Maris had a blast playing with her cousins! As always, a highlight of the visit was a day spent people and boat watching on Granville Island. We also went on a day excursion into Washington State to do a bit of Target shopping --- so fun!
