Maris is Six Months!

And we have reached the 1/2 year mark!  Time has flown by so much more quickly than with Ari.  Maris is developing her own little personality, and, it is safe to say that she will be Ari's naughty little sister!  It's funny (to us, not to Ari) how she gets a kick out of laughing at Ari when he is crying, or loves taking his toys, or pulling his hair, and so on.  I'm sure her teasing will only grow as she does, bringing about all kinds of new parenting challenges!

Some highlights from the last month:

We'll never forget:  You were so easy going with all of our Christmas parties and family gatherings during December.  It was a very busy month, but you charmed everyone!

You can:  Sit on your own, make new sounds (ba, ma), and get up onto your hands and knees and rock...that crawling is going to come in no time!

You love:  When Papa makes you 'fly' around the room.

You don't like: Opening Christmas presents, apparently.  Every time we gave one to you you ended up crying!  You were happiest playing with the ripped paper on the floor.
