Some Exciting News

Last Friday I mentioned that I was knitting up something special.  This is what my knitting needles have been busy working on...

 

That's right...we are having our first baby!  Baby is expected at the end of August, so there aren't too many more months to wait.  We aren't finding out the gender of the baby, so it will be a total surprise as to which pair of booties this little one will wear.  We are very excited and have been busy getting things ready for baby.  It's been fun browsing Etsy, Pinterest, and my favourite blogs for unique baby things and ideas for the nursery.  I can't wait to share pictures as we go along!
