Today is the first day of summer!
I'm off to book club tonight - we're discussing travel books this month.
I read Paddle to the Arctic by Don Starkell (author of Paddle to the Amazon)...
it was an interesting reading experience as I chose to read the book, which takes place in the frozen tundra arctic regions of Canada, while basking in the sun outdoors.
Any outdoor adventure/canoe/kayak enthusiast will love this read!
