My hydrangeas are turning gorgeous colours now in the fall. They really are a versatile flower that give the garden interest throughout the growing season. My Limelight hydrangeas are slowly turning into a deep pink colour, and my Annabell hydrangea have gone from white to chartreuse.
I like this post from Design*Sponge that gives a tutorial on how to dry your hydrangeas properly so that you can enjoy them in the house through the winter as well.
Last year during the holiday season my mom and I also spotted dried hydrangeas dusted with a light coating of gold or silver spray paint and added into outdoor holiday arrangements. They were stunning!
