Our apple tree is loaded with ripe apples right now. We are raking up a wheelbarrow full of dropped apples at least every other day, and there are still hundreds more on the tree!
We like to make fresh apple juice with our apples, but I don't really have many other recipes to use them up. How do you use up your excess apples at this time of year? Any suggestions would be welcome!
