Make it Monday: Playdough

Well, I finally did something this weekend that I've been dying to try since becoming a mom!  Little Ari is finally becoming old enough for some simple arts and crafts, and making homemade playdough is something I couldn't wait to do.  This is probably because I remember my own mother making batches and batches of playdough for us when we were kids!

I followed the recipe from Reading my Tea Leaves and it turned out PERFECTLY.  Ari and I had a great time playing with the dough, and we have it stored in an airtight container to take out whenever we please.  It should last for a couple of weeks before I need to make a new batch.  A quick and inexpensive way to entertain a toddler!
