How to Grow a Pollinator Garden

 

Bees are disappearing at an alarming rate, yet they are so important in the role they play as pollinators for our plants and gardens (umm, food supply!).  One way we can help, even though small-scale, is to grow pollinator gardens, aka happy bee habitats.  Apartment Therapy shared an article this week with many tips for growing a happy bee garden, such as planting native plants, and lots of colourful and sweet smelling flowers.  I love all the buzzing around my sea of coneflowers every summer!
