Well, baby did not arrive on his or her due date, so we are now swimming in overdue territory. The waiting is excruciating! I think my anticipation of meeting the little one builds higher and higher throughout each day.
As you can probably tell, I've been on a bit of a sewing kick this last month and I have another quick and easy baby sewing project to share with you today. I can't wait to make a few of these for my baby once I know if it will be a boy or a girl - mainly because my local quilting shop has soooo many beautiful modern print cottons right now, but I want to choose the colours accordingly. The minky that was chosen for the pictured blanket looks especially soft and cuddly...perfect for the cool fall and winter temperatures that are right around the corner!
