Today is the FIRST DAY of SPRING!
Usually it doesn't really feel like spring until mid-April, but the weather here has been unbelievable the last few days. Temperatures were summer-like...complete with a thunderstorm! I hauled out my patio furniture, made myself a cold bevie, and even managed to get a sunburn.
To make the first day of spring even more exciting I noticed that my bulbs (tulips and allium) have popped up overnight! This is several weeks earlier than last year...hopefully a sign of a long and wonderful spring and summer ahead.
