I was feeling in the mood to create this afternoon, so I thought it the perfect moment to finally make myself a sleeve for my MacBook. I'm planning to take it with me to the city this week, and felt it necessary to have something to protect it while in my bag.
I happened to have a couple of sheets of this purple coloured felt at home (ordered on Etsy for a project that never happened...) so I simply put my laptop down on the felt and cut it to size. The felt I have was quite a long piece, so I was able to make an envelope-style sleeve quite easily. Two pieces of velcro keep it closed, with a nice stripe of olive green to conceal the stitching.

I'm really happy with my new MacBook sleeve...just the thing to get me excited about going back to school tomorrow!
