Corn & Apples

I am so looking forward to the harvest this autumn. Fresh corn on the cob (grilled with mayo, parmasen cheese, cajun spice and basil--so good) and boxes of hand-picked apples to press into fresh juice.

The prospects look good so far! Corn is up and growing at a rapid rate with all of the recent rain, and the business of the bees a couple of weeks ago during bloom time seems to have been successful--our apple tree is covered with apples.

Yum!
