It's my lucky day! I have been given a tub full of tomatoes!
I'm already excited to use those cherry tomatoes to make a batch of my favourite soup, but what to do with the rest?
I'm thinking of trying out this salsa recipe, or this marinara sauce recipe. Does anyone out there have a favourite tomato recipe? I'd love to hear it!
